Head onto NH1 from New Delhi and head to Chandigarh, and then onwards to Dalhousie. The route is replete with snow capped hills, with the Dhauladhar range giving you good company.

2. Delhi-Tirthan Valley

Rohru is a peaceful hill town, located around 100 kms from Shimla. Rohru is another town famous for it’s trout catch! Laze around the river angling or visit one of the famed Apple Orchards in Rohru.
